The ceese of El Valle de Almodóvar started up in 1980 with small-scale craft production. The acceptance of the product led to the construction in 1982 of a factory at Almodóvar del Campo (Ciudad Real), a town located in the heart of Spain’s foremost cheese-making regin, La Mancha. Almost 30 years later, the factory’s installations cover 12.000 square meters and the output includes Manchego-style cheeses made from goat’s milk, sheep’s milk or a mixture of sheep’s, goat’s and cow’s milk.
Their installations are complemented by their own fleet of vehicles that collect the milk from selected dairy farms and also distribute the cheeses to the clients.
The wide range of products from El Valle de Almodóvar has received quality certification according to the ISO 9001 standard. This recognition is the result of the determined wager by our company, Qualia Lácteos Slu, in favor of quality and service to clients at both the national and international level.
